Renovate A Bungalow

We embarked on an exciting transformation of this charming bungalow, turning it into a stunning contemporary single-family home that beautifully marries modern aesthetics with functional living spaces! The project involved a thrilling expansion, adding about 1,000 square feet to the rear of the house. This not only boosted the overall footprint but also crafted a more open and inviting layout. A true highlight of this renovation is the creation of an upstairs loft dedicated to the master suite. This luxurious retreat boasts a spacious walk-in closet, offering ample storage and enhancing the suite's overall functionality. From this loft, residents are treated to breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it the perfect sanctuary to unwind after a long day. At the heart of the home, we designed a large, modern kitchen that serves as the vibrant centerpiece for family gatherings and entertaining guests.
